How much does it cost to rent a tour guide system?
Receiver with headphones CHF 8, transmitter with headset and lapel microphone CHF 50, charging case CHF 30 for the first day. Every additional day costs half. On top comes a one time charge for preparation and cleaning from CHF 50 and, if shipped, shipping from CHF 30.
Can I pick up the devices myself?
Yes, free of charge in Zollikofen near Bern at Webergutstrasse 4. We agree the time with the confirmation.
Do I pay for the shipping days?
No. You only pay for the days of your event. The devices arrive two days before and you have two days afterwards to send them back.
How many transmitters do I need?
One per person who speaks. For simultaneous interpretation one per target language, for example two for French and English.
What is the difference to a whisper system?
None. Tour guide system, whisper system, tour guide headsets and mobile interpretation equipment all mean the same thing: one person speaks into the headset, everyone else listens by radio through headphones.
Does the price change after my request?
No. The price shown is fixed. We only check whether the devices are free on your date.
Do you deliver to all of Switzerland?
Yes, by post to all of Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. For more than 500 devices we prepare an individual quote.
